Monday and Tuesday.. thank god its christmas!

Firstly, Louise is taking the camera out over christmas to film the rest of our basic footage then when we come back, we can edit to make the perfect opening sequence to our film. 

Secondly, this week we have managed to film the footage which was needed from college and edit the bits we didn't need. We have edited the parts with the boy in and combined the shots together to begin to create a character introduction for the boy. We have also edited the footage from college and made it flow with each other scenes. 

Also we have planned the shots and filming order for the next piece of footage being recorded over christmas. Our plans for editing are in place after christmas, as we have done all the editing we can on the footage we have so far.

Unfortunately for the past two days Caz and I have been unabe to film, as Hassan has the camera and has not been in college. However, what we have managed to do is update the blog, with risk assessments, prop and locations list and also the possible music we have chosen. We would be grateful if you commented on the updated pieces.

We chose this piece of music to be our soundtrack. because it has a teenage, romantic, feel to it, its bouncy and sounds fun, just what our opening sequence needed to help show the contrast between the two characters, it represents they live in a similar world, but they contrast loads.

Props: 

• Bedside alarm clocks, one each.
• Two beds- quilts and pillows each. 
• Bedroom- bedroom items; girl: teddies, make-up, mirror etc. Boy: trophies, sports things, car things. 
• College bus.
• Boy's car, with friends.
• Laptops and phones each.
• Clothing; Girl: Dress, tights/leggings, pumps/dolly shoes. Boy: Jeans, t-shirt, jacket, trainers, baseball cap. 
• College books and bags each. 
• Food, for breakfast in the mornings, kitchen utensils. 

Locations:

• Boy and Girl; bedroom, kitchen, front door. 
• College corridors.
• Front street, outside boy and girl house.
